- This alert is to address MiLogin issues arising from the recent MiLogin Migration process and changes to MiLogin screens.
Access Issues:
- DTMB implemented new MiLogin migration measures which are preventing some users from accessing MiLogin for Business and the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR). There are two steps to correct this issue:
- Please contact your internal IT department and request the following domain to be whitelisted, then open a new browser session to resolve the issue: mcir.state.mi.us
- If issues persist, try clearing your cache and refreshing by pressing [Ctrl+Shift+R] in your browser
- If you are encountering issues with the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) because your contact information is out of date and you cannot verify the number listed on your MiLogin account, this information can be updated by calling MiLogin at 1-877-932-6424, prompt 5.

- If you can successfully log into your MiLogin for Business Account, please verify your account contact information is up to date. You can check this by navigating to your name in the upper right corner with the downward arrow and click on “Account Settings” from the drop-down choice.

New Screens:
1. When you encounter a session time out, your screen will look like this:

- To correct this, you will need to close this window (the session time out/error window), exit out of MCIR, log out of your MiLogin account, and close the open browser session completely.
- Then you will open a new browser window and log into MiLogin. This will renew your session, and you will be able to re-launch the MCIR system.
2. If you encounter the screen below, you are seeing a DIFFERENT ISSUE. Your IT department still needs to add mcir.state.mi.us to the firewall whitelist.
