The MCIR Help Desk is available for general questions and technical support for the MCIR immunization information system. This includes topics like forms, registration, site administrator and user access, updating record information, the Immunization Portal, merging duplicate records, site renewal, opt-out, and more.

For assistance with school and childcare reporting including waivers, contact your Local Health Department.

For immunizing provider questions on training or to schedule a one-on-one session, contact the Education and Training Analyst (ETA) team in your area.
