Beginning January 2, 2025, the MCIR Help Desk phone hours will be expanded to Monday through Friday 8:30AM-4PM. The Help Desk will close early at 2:30PM on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month for staff development. Email hours will remain the same, Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM.

The MCIR Help Desk is available for general questions and technical support for the MCIR system. This includes topics like forms, registration, site administrator and user access, updating record information, the Immunization Portal, merging duplicate records, site renewal, opt-out, and more.
